How can I get the program and license code after ordering?
Once you successfully place an order for Photo Flash Maker, you are supposed to receive a confirmation email with the license key for registering the program.
You can download and use Ultra Slideshow to create photo scroll bar, photo banner, and flash slideshows. And if you need to publish lots of photos in your website, Photo Flash Maker provides an easy way and lots of professional templates for building a dynamic XML-driven flash photo gallery program from our website.
If you order a hard copy of the program (the backup CD), you can install Photo Flash Maker from the CD. Since the backup CD may take about 10 days to deliver, you can download it from our website if you cannot wait to use the program.
The registration code is invalid. What should I do?
Please check if the name and code were correctly entered into the registration dialogue box.
DO NOT capitalize or lowercase the letters contained in the user name, just keep the user name as it's provided. It's suggested that you copy and paste the name and code into the form.
If the problem remains, please contact us for a new license.
The SWF file cannot playback (load fail). Why?
If you use the Advanced flash templates to build slideshow, the SWF relies on XML data and other assets to display. If the SWF is moved out of the folder, which contains XML file and other assets, it possibly will load fail.
If you wish to create flash slideshow in a stand-alone SWF file, you may use the Basic templates.
For a solution to fix the "Load fail" problem when publishing to website：
When the web browser cannot find the SWF file, or the XML documents, or other assets that were supposed to make the flash display properly, the "Load fail" problem occurs.

How long would it take for the delivery of the backup CD?
It may take about 10 days for you to receive the backup CD.
We entrust an international logistic service to deliver our backup CDs globally. If you do not receive the backup CD in more than 15 days, please contact us to check the status of the delivery.
Does the backup CD come with registration key?
No. The backup CD only contains the setup files of all Anvsoft programs, which can be used as trial version. The US$1.99 money you pay to get the backup CD is for the shipping fee.
If you feel satisfied with the program, you may place an order online to get a license key to register the program. Once you register the program, you get the full version.
Will the gift CD/DVD play on TV?
No. The gift CD/DVD can only play on computers, because TV sets do not support SWF file format.
How to change the URL on the photos?
a. Click the menu Preference > Option > General, and then change the default URL for all photos in slideshow.
b. If you need to change URL for a certain photo or a group of selected photos, please go to the main window of the program, under the Photo tab , click the Properties button.
How to change the font, font size and font color of the photo description?
You can use HTML tags in your image description to specify the font, font size and font color you would like to use in the photo description. For example:
